Body Transformation Program

This program is an answer to my many prayers. It is a program that tackles two of my major issue at the same time;buiding muscles and losing body fat at the same time. Visit website to get started.

Losing fat and building muscle at the same time is a bit deceiving. It's not actually at the same time. The correct thing to say may be within the same period of time. The period that the program dictates is eight weeks.

Nutrition timing and cyclical dieting

However the main focus of this program is on cyclical dieting and nutrition timing. Just like I was confused at first, these terms may be a little confusing for you too. However, they are very simple, cycling dieting means cycling your diet. For example a diet for losing fat has carolies deficit in it. This program is all about varying one's caloric intake such that for a certain period of time, one either has caloric surplus or deficit. It is however important to note that this majorly depends on the goal selected. Different goals will have different amounts of time in a surplus or deficit.

Moreover, the nutrition timing majorly depends on the specific time when one has to fuel their body with specific nutrients such as carbs, proteins and fats.

Results to Expect
There are four major factors that determine the kind of results that one could expect from participating in the program.

How long you've been training - The longer that you have been training the slower your muscle gain will be. However, it is worth noting that the beginners are likely to gain muscles a lot faster.

One's muscle memory is also a major determinant-it is very easy to regain lost muscles than to build a new.

Your Genetics - This has to do with your body type. For instance there are those bodies that will be more gifted in losing fat and others in gaining muscles.

Everyone is different but some people are just gifted in these areas.

Drugs will also play a factor in your results. In order to gain muscles quickly some people may use drugs such as steroids or others to burn fat. This however is not a way to go. You can do everything without drugs.
